Dwayne Coston • Co-Founder & CEO

Dwayne H. Coston is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kingdom Covenant Business Solution, LLC, a faith based, family-owned professional services firm specializing in administrative support, financial management, treasury management, accounting and tax services, business consulting and governmental support services. Prior to rebranding the company as Kingdom Covenant Business Solutions, Mr. Coston owned and operated CCG Accounting & Consulting Services as the Principal and Management Consultant. CCG was founded in 2006 in Norfolk, VA and relocated to the Atlanta, GA area in 2013.

Mr. Coston has over 45 years of experience in accounting and business consulting in a variety of management and leadership roles in construction, health care and municipal governments across Virginia and Georgia. Mr. Coston’s clientele in accounting consists of several industries including construction, retail, business consulting, churches, nonprofit organizations and service providers. Mr. Coston graduated Magna Cum Laude from Norfolk State University in Norfolk, VA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1985 and completed a professional degree from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies, School of State and Local Government at Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA in 2019.

Mr. Coston serves as a Deacon at Revelation of Truth Ministries in Griffin, GA.

Antoinette Portis-Coston • Co-Founder

Antoinette Portis Coston, Co-Founder of Kingdom Covenant Business Solutions, LLC, a faith-based is an accomplished administrative professional, ministry leader, and community servant with more than 25 years of experience providing executive and administrative support within government and nonprofit environments. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for professionalism, organizational excellence, and a genuine passion for serving people.

Antoinette dedicated 23 years to Fulton County Government as an Administrative Assistant at the historic Harriet G. Darnell Multipurpose Facility in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, she provided administrative support to management, coordinated daily operations, assisted with community programs and special events, and served as a vital connection between the facility and the residents it served. Working in one of Atlanta’s most respected community centers strengthened her commitment to public service and provided invaluable experience in serving diverse populations with compassion, excellence, and integrity.

Prior to and throughout her career, Antoinette gained extensive experience providing administrative support to managers and organizational leaders, developing strong skills in office administration, event coordination, records management, customer service, scheduling, communications, and organizational planning. She is recognized for her attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and commitment to operational excellence.

Beyond her professional career, Antoinette serves in leadership at Revelation of Truth Ministries International in Griffin, GA. She is an active member of the church’s leadership team and faithfully serves on the Outreach Ministry, where she helps organize and coordinate ministry events, community outreach initiatives, evangelistic efforts, and programs designed to meet the spiritual and practical needs of individuals and families throughout the community.

Serving others has always been at the heart of Antoinette’s life and career. Her years at the Harriet G. Darnell Multipurpose Facility, combined with her ongoing ministry service, have equipped her with the experience, compassion, and leadership necessary to build meaningful relationships, coordinate impactful community initiatives, and support organizations that are dedicated to making a lasting difference.

Antoinette believes that true leadership is demonstrated through service. She is committed to using her administrative expertise, organizational skills, and heart for people to strengthen organizations, empower communities, and create opportunities that positively impact the lives of others.
